Inspired by Gnostic myth, Carl Jung's psychology, and the I Ching, The Salvage tells the story of Helia, a local healer worshipped as a goddess, and Sofia, Helia's most devout follower and the first to question her power...

As Helia descends further into madness, the reader is left to determine if her visions are merely delusion or the window into enlightenment....

It falls upon Sofia, who worships Helia most deeply, to do whatever it takes to stop her...
